This policy explains how WH Enterprise AS, trading as Unfilled & Lifted ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, buy from us or contact us. 1. What we collect

  • Order and contact details you give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the content of messages you send us.
  • Payment details, processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you reached our site (for example, an ad you clicked) and actions such as adding to cart or purchasing.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To process, ship and support your order, including refunds under our 8-week promise (performance of a contract).
  • To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations (legal obligation).
  • To prevent fraud and keep our site secure (legitimate interests).
  • To measure and improve our advertising and website, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and to show you relevant ads (consent where required by law, otherwise legitimate interests).
  • To send marketing emails if you sign up; every email has an unsubscribe link (consent).

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed with service providers acting on our behalf: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, our fulfilment warehouse and shipping carriers, email providers, customer-support tools, and advertising and analytics partners such as Meta Platforms. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out as described below.

4. Cookies and advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to run the store, remember your cart, and measure and personalise advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie banner. You can also control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may process your information outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where EU/EEA data protection law applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as accounting and tax law requires (in Norway, generally five years), and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of your information. To use any of these rights, email support@unfilledlifted.com. We will not treat you differently for doing so. If you are in the EEA or Norway you may also complain to your data protection authority (in Norway, Datatilsynet).

8. Children

Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
