1. Who we are

This website and store, Unfilled & Lifted, is operated by WH Enterprise AS, a company registered in Norway (org. no. 929191870), Middelthuns gate 12a, 0368 Oslo, Norway ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@unfilledlifted.com. By using this site or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.

3. Products and use

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the label before use, patch-test if your skin reacts easily, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Product images are for illustration; packaging may differ slightly.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount shown at the time of purchase. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was displayed in error or we suspect fraud, and will refund you in full if we do. Every purchase is a single payment. We do not enrol you in a subscription and will not charge you again unless you place a new order.

5. Free gifts and promotions

Free gifts are offered while supplies last, have no cash value and may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value. Promotional timers and stock indicators reflect the current offer and may change.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds and our 8-week money-back promise by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We may edit content for length and clarity without changing its meaning.

8. Our content

The site's text, images, logos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first — most problems are solved by email within a day.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
