Processing

Orders placed on business days ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays ship the next business day. You'll get an order confirmation email straight away and a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times and cost

Shipping within the United States is free. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Any free gifts in your order ship in the same box.

We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Delivery to these countries usually takes 6–12 business days; the shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are your responsibility.

Tracking and delays

If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the time above, email support@unfilledlifted.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Delivery estimates come from our carriers and aren't guaranteed; occasionally weather or carrier capacity causes delays, and we'll let you know if a delay affects your order.
